Sustainability
Our sustainability strategy is built into all our business operations and decisions. We focus on a sustainable supply chain, sustainable operations, and supporting our customers to ensure we deliver real, positive impacts. Transparent reporting and stakeholder engagement in all aspects of ESG are key to our success.
We believe transparency and accuracy are essential in sharing our sustainability journey. This is built across our three key pillars: building a Sustainable Supply Chain, Operating Sustainably, and Supporting Our Customers. We are working with our suppliers to make our procurement as sustainable as possible, We're also continuously learning and improving in our own operations, and we're helping our customers make more sustainable choices.

Sustainable Operations
Our commitment to sustainability extends throughout our entire business operations. From our energy-efficient head office to waste reduction initiatives, we aim to minimise our environmental impact. We are currently enrolling out sustainability training to all our employees, including IEMA-certified Sustainable Procurement Training, Carbon Literacy Training and specialised sustainability training tailored to our sales team. By fostering a culture of sustainability within our business, we aim to spread this knowledge throughout all our operations and into the expertise we pass on to our customers.
Sustainable Supply Chain
We recognise the critical role our supply chain plays in shaping our environmental and social footprint. We are dedicated to creating strong partnerships with suppliers to promote ethical and sustainable practices. By prioritising transparency and responsible sourcing, we aim to reduce the environmental impact of our supply chain whilst ensuring the products we deliver to you are of the highest quality. With a diverse range of sourced products and continual market research, we can deliver the most suitable products for individual customer needs.

Supporting Our Customers
When it comes to sustainability in safety products, there are many factors to consider, from materials and design to manufacturing processes and logistics, every aspect of your safety product has an impact on the environment. Our safety consultancy service is designed to pick the right product for you; we understand there is no one size fits all option. Our dedicated safety consultants are here to help you to reduce your waste, minimise your impact on the environment, save you time and reduce costs.
Sustainably sourced products.
At Clarity, we source our products from sustainable suppliers and manufacturers. For example, MPM, our main supplier of pedestrian segregation products, manufactures their products in a 'closed-loop' process and generates their own electricity on site. They also have 'zero waste to landfill' targets and reuse all their own water.
Reducing our carbon footprint
Our team are always working on new ways to improve efficiency and reduce wastage to shrink our company’s carbon footprint. With this commitment to sustainability, Clarity is sure to have a positive effect on the environment for years to come
Reducing your carbon footprint
Your carbon footprint can be directly affected by the supplier you choose to work with. When we are advising the most suitable products for you, much more goes into it than just the lowest cost option. For example, you may decide that you want improve the safety of a pedestrian or FLT crossing using a projector system. The lowest cost option may be to use a high-power 150W projector; however, we would always look at the long-term best option for you. A pair of 25W projectors over 5 years will save you over £1000 in excess energy consumption and becomes cost-neutral after year 2.
